The community of Las Golondrinas is a gated community with private parking, security cameras, tropical gardens, communal swimming pool, Communal BBQ area and direct access to the beach.
The 8 apartments are all 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Each one has its own unique attraction and are all located on different levels, from Garden Apartments to first, and second floor.
Although a car would be recommended it is not necessary. Local transport is only walking distance away, with bus stops for the 220 bus to Fuengirola or Marbella or a taxi service located close by. Taxis can also be called to the apartments or booked via Inmobiliaria Atlantis PMR
The Apartments have a high repeat clientele, therefore these apartments are popular with visitors to the Costa del Sol. Many of the apartments have now been refurbished bringing the 30 year old community up to date with contemporary designs. Additionally each apartment has its own unique design as each have different property owners who view their apartments as second homes as well as rental accomodation.
Prices are from 400,00 euros in the low season and up to 950,00 euros for the summer months.
Inmobiliaria Atlantis PMR also have various apartments available for Winter lets from November-February and these are priced around 1000,00 euros per month for a short stay plus electric.
